Candy's a happy guy. He's the star dancer at an all-male strip club. He's got a unique act that makes the audience wild, with his tight red leather outfit and the way he spanks himself. The tips are going to let him retire early, in the style he wants to be accustomed to. Jim's a cop; he's a good cop, a good man. He just has this one little obsession: Candy Pants. Lucky for him, Candy's into him, too, and more than happy to have Jim help keep his ass nice and red for his act.

As their relationship progresses, though, Jim's having trouble accepting that Candy's hanging it all out there for everyone to see, and when a rich admirer comes along, showering Candy with expensive gifts, it has Jim seeing red. Jim and Candy seem perfect for each other, but can they work past Candy's job and Jim's obsession and make a go of it?

Things seem to be going well for DB and Jesse for a change and then Detective Joe Donners shows up. Donners starts pressing DB for the truth about how DB always seems to be one step ahead. Compounding this is Jesse's belief that Donners wants to be more than just friends with DB.

So when Madame Yanya calls, needing DB and Jesse's services to deal with a ghost who just won't leave her alone, DB figures it's all in a strange day's work. Can DB solve the mystery, fob off the detective, and keep his love life, such as it is, from imploding right before his very eyes?
 

Ben has a good life. Partner in a thriving veterinarian clinic with his best friend Stacey, he has a great dog, a favorite Chinese take-out place and a great DVD collection. The only thing he doesn't have is a special someone to share his life with. When Ben has a number of poisoned animals come through his clinic, he call in the police, suspecting that these aren't random tragedies, but deliberate killings.

Enter Constable Tim Geary. Dog and cat poisonings are fairly low on the priority list, but Tim decides to look into them. The attraction between Tim and Ben is immediate and soon Chinese food and more is on the menu. Life has a way of trying to keep the boys apart, though. Can they find a way to overcome their busy lives and be together?

Private Eye DB and his ghost partner Jesse from Eye Spy are back, and Jesse is dealing with Gwen, the ghost of a little girl. The problem with dealing with ghosts is that they can't pay, and that they make the police a little crazy. So when DB's new informant, the medium Yanya has a fit about the cops, and DB and Jesse's love life, DB knows this case is going to be nothing but trouble.
DB and Jesse have their own problems to deal with, but they also have to figure out who killed Gwen, and try to keep the killer from harming anyone else. Can they solve the case and try to find a way for a man and a ghost to have a life together?

Garett goes to the Other Shelf bookstore the same time every week. He loves the ladies who run the place, and he loves the atmosphere. He likes the scenery, too, when he meets Nathan, who's also a regular at the store, but one Garett has never met before.

After a little matchmaking from the bookstore ladies, Garett and Nathan decide to give each other a try. Garett's a cop and Nathan's a cook, so they're not sure how much they have in common, but both of them are willing to give it a go. Will they find something as enduring as the books they both love?
