“Alien Diplomacy” by Gini Koch is part of her ‘Alien/Kitty Katt’ series featuring Alpha Centaurion (A-C) Jeff Martini. A fast-moving science fiction tale with tongue firmly in cheek, this episode describes Kitty Katt-Martini as she is struggling to adapt to being a mom and ambassador surrounded by and affiliated with Armani clad aliens. No, not those from another country...those from another galaxy! Their

Contingency Plan

Sharon’s running out of time and money. She’s got a plan for how to save herself and her two children after their deadbeat dad and the rest of their family have deserted them. But what will her contingency plan do to her soul and the souls of her children?

Mr. Mann carries burdens most couldn’t -- the visible, odd arrangement of connected boxes on his back, and the hidden guilt for deeds done long, long ago. The end may be in sight, but not a happy one if Sharon chooses the wrong path.

Someone’s contingency plan will be put into effect, but whether it leads to a happily ever after or dark despair will require intricate maneuverings by the white witches of the Neighborhood. But even they can’t stop a good woman from going wrong.

I’m a huge fan of Gini Koch's alien series. This was a good read with the necessary humor we've come to expect from our heroine Kitty Katt, who as always has ended up in another plot when she really should be taking some downtime and focusing on her relationship with alien hotty husband Jeff Martini. Having said that I don’t think this is the best in the series. The story takes place a short while after Je

Hotter than Hell

It’s summertime in Phoenix, Arizona, meaning it’s hotter than hell. So when Ruby Prince walks into the Private Investigator Nicholas Masters’ offices bundled up like she’s in Nome, Alaska, Nick thinks she’s crazy. But what Ruby wants is to find someplace truly hotter than Hell, and what Nick discovers changes his life…forever.

The Royal Scam

Things aren’t what they seem to be when Princess Olivia of Andromeda jumps aboard a spaceship to escape a loveless marriage.

Join the crew of the Hummingbird as they take on the rich, famous and sleazy of the galaxy. They're also on a long-term secret mission, so it's a good thing they're the best con artists, spacers, and roughnecks in the Milky Way, because they need all their skills to pull off this particular Royal Scam.

The Royal Scam is a 21 page short and is the story of a space crew and how they partner with the royal family to steal money in a plan that involves pretending a princess has been killed right before marrying a wealthy but ugly prince. It's quaint and cute with just enough intrigue to make me want to know more about the crew. This has no relation to the Alien series that Koch has out. If you haven't read

Easy...

She's Touched by an Alien

Marketing manager Katherine "Kitty" Katt steps into the middle of what appears to be a domestic dispute turned ugly. And it only gets uglier when the man turns into a winged monster, straight out of a grade-Z horror movie, and goes on a killing spree. Though Kitty should probably run away, she springs into action to take the monster down.

In the middle of the chaos a handsome hunk named Jeff Martini appears, sent by the "agency" to perform crowd control. He's Kitty's kind of guy, no matter what planet he's from. And from now on, for Kitty, things are going to be sexy, dangerous, wild, and out of this world.

Alien in the Family

Super-Being Exterminator Kitty Katt and the Alpha Centaurian she loves, Jeff Martini, should be finalizing their wedding plans. But that was before she discovers Jeff is in line to become Emperor back on his home world. Kitty knows she is everything a royal family wouldn't approve of, and is bracing herself for the worst. As it turns out, the royal family is just the beginning. Especially when extraterrestrial Amazonian terrorists are determined to start and end Kitty and Jeff's nuptial festivities with a bang.
