Stuff Of Legends by Ian Gibson is one of those fantasy books that makes fun of it’s own genre. Jordan the Red, the former big hero (think Conan) has retired and wants nothing to do with Eliot, his guardian or anyone else. However, Eliot is determined that he wants an adventure with the legend and drags Jordan along for the ride. The book is very humorous and reminds me of Pratchett’s Discworld an
