Aislinn blushes, stutters, and is famous for her sarcasm. In other words, she’s a typical teenage girl. Although normal, Aislinn holds a truly fantastical secret within herself, and has spent her whole life wondering why she has been plagued by frightening dreams that feel so realistic, she can barely breathe at times.

When a new student named Ryan comes to school, this handsome stranger sparks feelings in Aislinn she never knew she owns. While Alchera fights the strange forces growing within her own heart, she must complete her destiny, stay away from the Land of Shadows, and try with all her might to determine who she’ll spend eternity beside: Raighne, who she loves with her whole heart - or, Carter, the man who knows all about the nightmares eating away at Alchera’s soul.
