Galaxy Vampirus

It’s not often you find vampires on sunny, tropical space cruises. So when she spots one at the ship’s beach, strolling through the manufactured waves, Tamsin can’t help but look her fill. The vamp’s tiny swimsuit has nothing to do with it. At all. When the vamp glances her way, she chickens out and runs away. So much for the adventurous vacation she’d hoped for.

The vampire, Darian, seeks her out, however. Looks like she’ll have her adventure after all! Too bad it’s of the dangerous variety; Darian wants Tamsin to pose as his girlfriend while he surreptitiously searches for a fugitive aboard the ship. But as Tamsin soon discovers, fake girlfriends can still indulge in very real sex. This could turn out to be Tamsin’s sexiest vacation ever—if she manages to live through it.

Galaxy Fever

Length: Novella

I didn’t mean to poison Dex. It’s just one of those unavoidable accidents that can happen at an alien wedding. After all, you never really know what you’re eating on space stations in foreign galaxies. But he pulled through, none the worse for wear. In fact, he’s a lot more…amorous…since coming out of his stupor. Lucky me, considering I’ve had a massive crush on Dex for what seems like forever. And who am I to waste an opportunity? Hot space-station sex is the perfect way to celebrate the massive jewelry commission we just scored from our alien host.

Now, I’m usually a pretty perceptive girl. But you don’t notice certain things when you’re boffing your business partner’s brains out—like someone sneaking into our room and stealing the jewels for the aforementioned commission. Now we’re running on empty as we scour the station in an effort to help unmask the thief. That’s not cooling Dex’s ardor, however (if you haven’t tried an alleyway quickie, I highly recommend it).

Hmm… Maybe I should poison Dex more often.

Galaxy Fever is an okay read. The author appears to be going for a romantic comedy set in space with some action/thriller elements thrown in. I did smile a few times but nothing made me laugh. The action didn't quite get there either. Granted the book is a short one and it is erotica but I still like a plot with some meat to it even in an erotic romance. I would have liked to see the story developed more, in
