Aki’s Love Song is a novella written by Sedonia Guillone. I confess, I’ve never read a short story written by her before, so I admit I was curious if I would become as emotionally involved between her characters with such a short storyline like I normally do with her longer novels. After I read it, I decided that Ms. Guillone is not only fantastic at writing long novels, but short storie

Fallon’s Jewel by Sedonia Guillone may be one of my favorite novels I’ve read by her. Not only was I immediately caught up in the mystery about Kenji’s past; I fell in love with the heroes, Kenji and Jake. The intense emotional connection between them kept me enthralled with the story early on in the book and left me with a very satisfied feeling at the end of it.

The Cowboy and the Crow by Sedonia Guillone is a hard book to review. As usual, Ms. Guillone writes an emotionally charged, fast paced book that stayed with me long after the story was over. I’m going to have a hard time writing a review that doesn’t spoil this novella for others, so forgive me if my review is shorter than normal.

Acts of Passion
Jack Cade is skeptical of the new criminal profiler he’s using. Michael seems so absent-minded and too neurotic to be effective. But he is brilliant and hot and Cade finds himself falling hard and fast, both in lust and in love. The attraction is mutual, although Michael’s past demons haunt him, keeping him from getting too close. Together, they begin to unravel Michael’s emotional knots even as they close in on a killer, another brilliant, wily person whose sights are now set on Michael.

Sedonia Guillone is one of those authors who is an automatic buy for me. Not only do I absolutely adore her heroes, but she also writes interesting and heartfelt stories that I thoroughly enjoy. So, when I saw that her newest book, Acts of Passion, was available to review I jumped at the chance to read it and boy am I glad I did! Acts of Passion is filled with romance, suspense and enough Japan

This was erotica like I have never had the pleasure of reading before. The build up to the relationship between Lily (an immortal white tigress) and Tenzin (a rare immortal vampire that somehow retained a heartbeat and his life) is painful but oh so very nice. Both characters bring this story of spiritual enlightenment, growth, forgiveness and closure, alive with beautifully written chemistry that y

Flying Fish
In seventeenth century Japan, during the golden age of samurai and of the Kabuki theater, young actors known as "flying fish" traveled the countryside, performing for audiences by day and giving their bodies to their samurai patrons at night.
Genji Sakura is one such flying fish, yet he dreams of the day he'll find the man he can give his heart to and leave the loneliness of his itinerant life behind. Though he loves theater, he doesn't love every part of his profession, especially some of the patrons. So when a handsome ronin, or masterless samurai, comes upon him stealing some solitude for a bath in a hot spring and their encounter turns passionate and profoundly erotic, Genji's surprised and delighted.
Daisuke Minamoto's past fills his life with a bitterness that grips his soul and makes him dangerous. Yet his passion takes him when he spies on a graceful young man bathing naked in a hot spring. He has always loved women but he can't deny the call of his heart or his baser interests.
After an afternoon of sexual bliss, his heart and soul are tormented and torn. Keeping this miraculous lover will require giving up the one thing that has kept him alive for years: his hatred for the lord who murdered his wife. If he loves another, how will he go on and who will he become?

Danny's Dragon
When Danny is mugged, he won't let the sexy cop he's been lusting after arrest the perp. He does, however, let David take him home and make love to him. In shared passion, David finds the keys to becoming Danny's dragon.
For six months, Danny has lusted after the gorgeous police officer, David Pearce, who patrols the building where he works. He doesn’t imagine, however, for a second that the attraction is mutual. However, when he’s mugged one night after leaving work, the cop who tries to apprehend the mugger turns out to be that same sexy David Pearce. Danny knows the man who attacked him was only hungry and needed food, so he prevents Dave from pursuing him. But in the aftermath of the attack, Danny sees that life is giving him an opportunity to spend time with the man he desires.
Dave is floored by the way Danny steps in between him and the vagrant who mugged him, showing compassion for his attacker. Danny is quiet and strange…and incredibly handsome, the object of Dave’s fantasies for the last six months. This quiet act of strength draws him even more strongly to Danny. And even though Danny wouldn’t let him arrest his attacker, he does let Dave drive him home and bring him comfort. That one night of pleasure leads to more – searing passion and incredible mind-blowing sex.
Until Dave’s painful past looms up…then it’ll take more than simmering lust to save the bond they share.

In my opinion, Lara would have been a much stronger character if Sedonia Guillone had delved into the back story of what befell her a little more and allowed the character building plot bunnies to grow up - but I also enjoyed the relationsh
