Brightwater Blood by Shona Husk had a good plot going on but it was too short. It really should have been written into a longer book. I was really disappointed with how short it was as it really did hook me. The writing style was what got my attention and Ms. Husk did keep me reading unlike other authors that don't hook the reader. I did think there needed to be more action going on and the council going afte

Shona Husk put together an amazing story about loss, love, redemption and discovery. The Goblin King is different from any other Paranormal Romance on the market today. Husk brings to life a love of legends and the creatures that help facilitate that love. Goblins may seem scary, greedy, and archaic but the goblins of this story are dashing, smoldering and intelligent.

I liked An Elemental Tail by Shona Husk quite a bit.
The characters of Isla and Nik were both likable and sympathetic. Ms. Husk's writing kept me engaged and the plot was handled well. I loved the way she approached the merman's dilemma of being stuck on land, it was unique. I enjoyed seeing what each character thought as well. I'll definitely reread this story over more than once.
