Author: Tarah Scott | Website

Tarah Scott cut her teeth on books such as The Bobbsey Twins (yes, she is dating herself!) Nancy Drew, Aesop's Fables, The Arabian Knights, and Grimms Fairy Tales. Authors such as Georgette Heyer, Zane Grey, and Mark Twain filled her teenage years. Her favorite book is a Tale of Two Cities, with Gone With the Wind as a close second. A few favorite modern authors are Stephen King, Ann Rice, Amanda Quick, and Johanna Lindsey.

Tarah grew up in Texas. Fifteen years ago, she relocated to Westchester County, New York, where she and her daughter reside in a lakeside community. When not working, writing, or reading--who are we kidding? She's always working, writing, or reading. Oh! There is her daughter. They do manage to spend a lot of time together.

Labyrinth

Yes, magic exists. Not the backwater voodoo witches practice where Mississippi Deputy Sheriff Margot Saulnier grew up. But the age-old black magic a woman weaves around a man that draws him under her spell. The kind Margot’s best friend used to kill her husband…and get away with it.

Margot chases her friend to Scotland, determined to prove her guilty of murder. No one will stop Margot. Not the SAS agent sent to watch her…and not the Scottish lord legend says murders his lovers when they cannot free him from the spell that has imprisoned him in Castle Morrison for three hundred years.

He’s just a legend.

And magick doesn’t exist.

Lord Keeper

No man bargains for war when he chooses a bride, but when he steals her from holy ground, he can expect nothing less.

A kiss, a royal missive, and a midnight race for freedom lead Victoria Hockley, the Countess of Lansbury, to a churchyard deep in the Scottish Highlands. But not even hallowed ground can save her from the devil who has pursued her from England, and when Victoria's kidnapped by a furious Scot who swears to protect her, she fears she may have wound up in the hands of someone far more dangerous...

Iain MacPherson swore he was nothing like his father, but his kidnapping of Victoria Hockley, the Countess of Lansbury, from the grounds of a church shows the same kind of obsessive jealousy that sent his mother to an early grave. Now Iain has hell to pay, and the devil may very well be the noble English lass who has bewitched his very soul.
