Marietta Winters is in need of help that only Gabriel Nobel can offer. When her brother is arrested for murder, she is desperate to prove him innocent. For a thorough investigation, Gabriel insists that Marietta does everything he asks, without question. As the search for the real killer intensifies, so does their passion in each other. Will they discover a link in the murder victims? Will revelations of the past hinder or help the investigation? Are three nights of sin really enough? THREE NIGHTS OF SIN was an excellent read. The characters and storyline are richly developed, pulling the reader in from the start and never letting go until the last page is turned. I really liked how well Marietta and Gabriel worked together and how well they complemented each other. The mystery of the murder was well developed, the casts of suspects are intriguing, and I was left guessing until the end at the killer's identity. I enjoyed that Marietta and Gabriel were both intelligent people who liked to be in control of every situation, though they couldn't seem to control the passion flaring between them. Gabriel had a harder time relinquishing any control, though this at no way took away from him, instead I found him absolutely delicious. Yum. And any control he lost only made him sexier. This is my first read by Anne Mallory, and I'm pleased to say that it will not be my last.
