Dean lives on a world where some people have Theta magic. His specialty is that he has “camouflage muscles”; this allows him to change his muscles in his entire body to either small or big. When he makes his muscles big in his face it makes his face scary. It helps that he can make his face scary so women will not throw them at him because of wealth. In a quest to help his sister get well, he agrees to marry someone with Theta magic who will give him a female offspring with the gift of “healing”. He marries Ela to get his offspring. Will these two fall in love and/or help Dean’s sister get well?
This story is not really explicit, however, you will learn about a new world, it customs, and its people if you read the book. The people are engaging to read about and it has some entertaining wedding rituals that last eight days! I hope the author comes out with another book on these people. I could read more about them.
