A NIGHT OWL REVIEWS BOOK REVIEW | Reviewed by: Chris
In the closet due to fear of losing his family, Adam has met the man he can’t deny. Parker draws him in every way, and he knows it. When Adam finally let’s down his barriers on a job concerning a ghost, the ghost has a few issues with their relationship and things get dangerous. As Parker and Adam address the blockades to their being together, they uncover the reason behind the ghosts anger and refusal to cross over.
Technically a virgin at 31, Adam made for a character you could really feel for. He’s put himself in a box and can’t get out, but Parker is determined to help him out of the box, and into his arms. Parker’s determination made him a hero in every sense of the word. His love and empathy for Adam, as well as his confidence, helped to encourage Adam to make the decision to be who he really is. And isn’t that what true love is all about?
