In this three short story book, four friends decide to have a fun contest amongst each other with a money prize as the reward. To win this contest they must all refrain from having sex this summer and the person who stays celibate the longest wins the cash. The catch – they all must wear these pretty modern day chastity belts, known as the Catch Me If You Can lingerie line, which Bianca St. James’ client, Thomaz Santos, has invented. Each belt contains electronic sensors and GPS tracking devices that will report all the data back to each friend so they know how they’re all fairing each day.

 

The first story, Night Whispers, Bianca heads to Rio de Janeiro to work with her client, Thomaz Santos, to see what angle they need to take to market his new line of lingerie, Catch Me If You Can. Thomaz is known to be a playboy in every sense of the word and Bianca wants to make certain that she isn’t another notch on his belt. But this handsome man is all too appealing on so many levels. She’s not fearful though because she’s wearing her chastity belt and is determined to win this contest from her girlfriends. Do things work out for her the way she plans?

 

Madison Garrett, who is a research assistant for Columbia University and working on her doctorial dissertation, believes she’s the one who will win this contest until she sees how hot Jake Strickland really is in Never Enough. They’re both in Costa Rica in search of the legendary Amore orchid which is known to emit such potent pheromones that whenever you smell it, you have an irresistible urge to make love. Little do they both know that trying to find this orchid will be one of the trickiest things they’ve ever done. Madison isn’t worried because she has on her chastity belt and knows her friends will keep her in line. But how do they handle the attraction they both feel for each other while they’re searching for this beautiful orchid?

 

The final story, No Turning Back, takes both friends Emma Jacobs and Izzy Montgomery on vacation together to Colorado where they’ll be living in the wilderness for a week partaking in a women-only tour. When they arrive, they’re told that the tour will no longer be just women-only. Now it’ll include the tour guide Trent Colton the entire trip. The problem is that Trent was Emma’s high school ex-boyfriend and is the same guy that Emma seems to still have feelings for. She realizes that this is just too coincidental and finds out that Izzy has set her up to give her one more chance at trying to work things out with Trent. On the other hand, Izzy also is working at trying to win the bet from her girlfriends. Does Trent and Emma work out their differences during the tour and is Izzy the winner of this chastity belt contest?

 

I really enjoyed this story and felt that the storyline was quite creative. The characters were very interesting and I enjoyed being transported away for a few hours while reading it. Each adventure the women went through was fresh and kept the story flowing. I’m a big fan of Ms. Wilde and she surely doesn’t disappoint with this book! This is a must have for any Lori Wilde fan!
