A NIGHT OWL REVIEWS BOOK REVIEW | Reviewed by: Dreamweaver

As I read this story I kept saying to myself,” I wish, I wish, I wish”. In this contemporary love story, Elizabeth finds herself a divorced mother of two grown boys. Elizabeth also has a boyfriend of 6 months who has left for France to support his injured ex-girlfriend. He has been gone for over a month leaving Elizabeth to care for his restaurant business. This is where our story begins, as Elizabeth has taken an extended leave of her own and rented a house in Ocean City to get away from the pain of their separation. Confused and alone, she meets the mysterious and artistic poet Andrew, and all that is erotic breaks on through.

In the end, Elizabeth must decide and choose between her boyfriend of the past 6 months who is calling her to go to France to be with him as if nothing ever happened, or the poet Andrew whom she has only known for the past week of bliss. Not one to base her decision on a few days of erotic and artistic happiness alone, Elizabeth decides that she must see her ex-boyfriend to see if there is still a loving relationship left to salvage. However, Elizabeth discovers that deciding to leave and actually leaving her own personal piece of heaven is easier said than done.

This is a clear case of making a differentiation between who is a perfect man and which is the perfect man for you. Who will Elizabeth choose in the end?

I recommend this easy and delightful read if you like your erotica with a funny leading lady and an absolutely charmingly sexy love interest.

Contemporary cougar erotic romance

In Three Days in New York City, she fled a stagnant marriage and a job she hated, looking for a temporary fix of passion. Instead she found the courage to be herself for the first time. In Another Bite of the Apple, she pursued her dream and pined for the man she loved, and won both. Or did she?

Frustrated by the disintegration of her relationship with the absentee Rob, Elizabeth flees to the Jersey shore to paint and wallow in self-pity. A chance encounter with the handsome (and younger) writer Andrew spins her into a whirlwind of domestic and sexually-charged cougar bliss. Question is, will it last, and what becomes of Andrew when it's time to return to reality? Find out in the long-awaited third novel of Robin's Slick's bestselling series!
