Linda Andrews’ latest release, Dancing in the Kitchen, is a fun, delightful paranormal romance.
Alistair is the Guardian of the Living Five, is on a mission to retrieve an opal stone called the death stone, before it fall into the hands of a evil sorcerer. When he gets a chance to switch the stone with a fake, he realizes that it is already been stolen and he is left with three suspects. Hannah is one of the suspects and she just doesn’t know it. Hannah and Alistair both agree to pose as a couple, for different reasons, but what happens when the attraction they are portraying becomes real?
Ms. Andrews writes an intriguing story with charming life-like characters, and a unique entertaining plot. I like the style she writes in, and how she uses the emotion the characters feel in very real ways. I also like the journey the characters take in order to realize that the love they have for each other is complicated in a real life kind of way. This book is a great page-turner, one that I will add to my keeper list and one that I am delighted to recommend.
