Cassie Evans is not your average heroine. No instead she is a modern Marilyn Monroe who has the sultry looks, bodacious body, blond hair and brains. For the first time she’s on her own and will not stop to prove that she is all grown. Everybody says she should just forget about the house she bought, that she should just pack up and leave. Giving up is not something Cassie Evans knows how to do. Something is wrong in her house and she knows that the people in Passion know what it is. Nobody wants to tell her the truth but she knows a sexy neighbor that can help. Thomas Healy is definitely a man she wouldn’t mind going over and asking for a cup of sugar of. Built with muscles and a body to die for he is making Cassie think of all the what if’s. Can Cassie prove to everyone that she is not some flighty airhead and that the dead people in the house are real?
Thomas Healy has had a lot of heartache in his life, something that he is still trying to overcome. Losing his mother was hard but losing Cassie is going to be harder. He has never known a woman like her. Cassie is fun, adventurous, overly sexed in his opinion but has brought light into his dull dark life. Though she is beautiful Thomas is wondering if she is all there. One minute she wants him then the next she is talking about seeing dead people. He knows it can’t be possible but knowing that her life is in danger is something he cannot risk. He’s already lost a loved one in his life and isn’t ready to chance losing Cassie. Can he prove to her that she needs him in her life and together anything is possible?
Oh my god this is a great series. This is the first of an awesome series that will leave you well breathless. From the page it is packed with action, passion and murder that will have you flipping the pages. The storyline just pulls you in and never leaves you bored. I loved Cassie and her stubbornness for it’s definitely what Thomas needs in his life. Awesome book and can’t wait for more from this talented author. Discovery in Passion is packed with everything from action to suspense and murder to passion. This is a must read passionate and hot romance.
