I have stated many times before P.C. Cast weaves a tale like no other author I have ever read. She can turn a story into something that you can believe in and feel in your heart and soul. You will cry and love and laugh with each and every one of the characters in this story, well maybe not the bad guys...I swear you will even have a soft spot for Rhiannon in this one, if you can even imagine.
I didn’t think this story had quite the zip the first book in this series had but it definitely still makes an impact on you and your heart. I cried like a baby at the end and I can’t imagine ever having lived my life without each and every one of the people (or centaurs) in this book.
The writing is perfect, the world buidling is perfect, and the characters are perfect, what else can you possible ask for in a great read.
