A NIGHT OWL REVIEWS BOOK REVIEW | Reviewed by: Sheryl
I thought this book was good, although it didn't elicit any real emotional response from me. For me, the story was well written but I missed out on the connection between Stephanie and David. Her feelings about him bounced around in their first encounter and it left me believing that she did not like him as much as he liked her. I think that the first encounter made the rest of the book a little confusing for me because if their connection was really that strong it would have seemed like she would have made more of an effort with him. However, this was a well written book. The dialogue flows very well between the characters and the plot flows smoothly. It is a very quick but good read and I believe it will appeal to those who like sweet and lighter romances. For me, I wish the emotional connection between Stephanie and David had been there but I just didn't see that they really clicked together.
