Anica is just an ordinary witch who owns a coffee shop and has a pretty normal life. She has never used her magic to harm as it is against the witches code until one fateful night when she gets upset at her boyfriend for lying to her and in a fit of anger pulls out her wand.
Now you need to hang on for the ride of your life. Anica did a bad thing to another human with her wand and now she has lost her magic as a result. Poor Jasper, her boyfriend, is now looking up at the world through whiskers, but still has the mind of a man. Now the fun really begins.
Can Jasper and Anica learn from their mistakes and take this little mishap as an adventure in self discovery or will they each stay mad at the other and never find the answer to their problem of getting Jasper back to being a man and Anica back to being a witch?
I loved this book and can't wait for the next one. I could not put this book down. This is a wonderfully crafted book with a few life lessons thrown in for good measure. Hey, just because you’re a witch doesn't mean you can't still learn anything.
