A NIGHT OWL REVIEWS BOOK REVIEW | Reviewed by: Silvermage
Olivia Crane and Luc used to be an item. Olivia, a psychiatrist, and Luc meet again. At first she didn't know who he was because he is was listed under a different name. They now have to work together, while dealing with the past.ÿ Luc wants them to get back together. They meet often on the job as he oversees a lot of her patients. Soon Olivia and Luc meet a woman that has been abused by her husband and they disagree with how things should be handled. They do figure out what to do to the abusive husband Jeremy. Luc finds out that Olivia has a daughter named Melissa who is sixteen years old. He spends time getting to know her. All three of them go over to Olivia's mothers for dinner. Olivia's mother likes Luc and wants Oliva to get back with him. Will Olivia decide that Luc is worth getting back together with? What will happen to Jeremy and how will Melissa deal with her car accident? No More Lies was a fantastic read. I enjoyed the slow relationship between Oliva and Luc and how he was so caring toward Melissa and Olivia's family. The plot was also very well thought out and the pacing on target. The wonderful healing that took place in this book also made it a very sweet read.

Book Blurb for No More Lies
A lie that brings a smile or a truth that draws a tear?
Successful physician and loving mother, Olivia Crane fiercely believes youthful mistakes should be kept secret and skeletons are better left in closets. Unfortunately, Dr. Luc George, the French psychiatrist, she loved ten years ago, detests secrets and has a professional tendency to dig into people’s minds.
Determined to rekindle their former relationship, Luc strolls back into her hospital and her life, tries to unravel her many secrets and threatens to shatter her carefully constructed world. Against her better judgment, Olivia succumbs to his charm and welcomes her second chance, but on her own terms. The past forgotten, no questions asked.
Can Luc help her conquer her inner fears or will he get burned by the past too? Will Olivia grab her second chance and finally find happiness with the love of her life?
