A NIGHT OWL REVIEWS BOOK REVIEW | Reviewed by: Tamazon

Mona Risk is one of my favorite authors for several reasons. She knows how to pull a reader into the minds of her well-crafted characters and she also makes you want the best for them. Her work also takes me on a journey be it local or overseas. She does all of this again as she took me into Russia in her latest medical inspired romance.

In Prescription in Russian Ms. Risk delves into the life of a Russian surgeon, Fyodor Vassilov, who wants innovation and loves his children. He meets his match in Jillian Burton. She has been sent to Russia on a mission to help out Fyodor's hospital. She is to bring them new technology and supplies as well as help train them. She does have staff to help her along the way. Both Fyodor and Jillian have a personal major tragedy to deal with and each deal with their tragedy differently. Fyodor lost his wife and Jillian a husband and son. Can these two get over the tragedies of their pasts and find love together? Is Jillian ready for a family that already includes 4 young boys?

Prescription in Russian is a wonderful read for any contemporary book lover. With its medical tie in readers of series medical romances will want to check this one out and add it to their must read pile.
