An Angel for Christmas

The MacDougal’s have for years been going to the Blue Ridge Mountains to well try and be a family. It’s been months since they have been together and this time Morwenna dreads going. Her life is about to change when a stranger out of the blue makes them think of the good times. Morwenna’s life is changing to a better job and she must decide what is important. Is it family or career. Everybody has something going on in their lives and she feels like maybe it is time to distance herself from her family. Through everything happening the stranger they find seems to give them advice on their own life problems. They have no idea who he is or how he became injured, yet he seems nice. They have always been taught by their parents to be weary of strangers but this one doesn’t make them weary. With him they feel safe which is just weird for Morwenna. Can they all overcome this season and maybe find their own happiness?

Heather Graham has done it again in a short Christmas tale that will warm your heart. I loved that Morwenna is strong, loving but more than ever wants to be a success at life. Everybody around her wants her to be there for the family and Heather Graham did a great job in showing her doubts and fears. This stranger that comes to the Blue Ridge Mountains shows her that family is the most important thing and love. Though it was short Heather Graham showed us that even Christmas can bring a little magic to a family that has parted ways. Of course I loved this one.

Christmas has never brought out the best in the MacDougal family. Still, year after year, they gather together in the Blue Ridge Mountains to try to make the season merry and bright. But this year is an especially strained one, with Shayne's impending divorce, Morwenna's slavish devotion to work and Bobby's reluctance to face what life has to offer. They've never felt less like a family.

Then, in the midst of a snowy sibling shouting match, a mysterious stranger appears. He could be a criminal, a madman-or something far more unexpected. Despite their fears and the growing danger in the dark woods around them, the MacDougals take a leap of faith. But when another stranger arrives on the mountainside, they don't know which of them to believe. One of these men can't be trusted. And one is about to bring Christmas into their hearts.
