As a fan of AJ Llewellyn’s I was thrilled when I saw Relentless Love up to be reviewed. I loved the first book Relentless Passion, so I was really excited to read the continuing saga of the sexy twins, Alex and Zeca. As usual, Mr. Llewellyn’s book immediately swept me into the fast paced storyline and the intriguing lives of his sexy heroes.
For the past few weeks Alex feels like his life has been in out of control. This is unusual for him because for most of his life he’s been able to manipulate people and situations for things to go his way. He’s watched his twin brother and his ex-boyfriend fall madly in love with one another, he’s watched his fun loving father become more involved with the crazy woman next door and Alex’s own beloved boyfriend, Hugh has left him because of his own wild antics.
No matter what Alex does to try and contact Hugh to win him back, Hugh continues to not accept his calls and pushes him away. When Alex’s father decides to get away from his relationship with the crazy woman next door, he takes Alex with him so Alex can try once again to win Hugh’s love. Will Alex be successful putting aside his own demon’s and win Hugh’s love back once again?
I love the crazy shenanigans this family constantly gets themselves into. Between the twins, I loved the stable and sexy Zeca more than the roguish, bratty Alex in the first book. I was unsure if I would warm up to Alex’s devil may care attitude and his seemingly careless ways, but I was pleasantly surprised that once I started this book, I was immediately captivated by Alex and warmed up to the warm and loving person he really is inside. I was glad to see him be deal with some ghosts in his past, and strive to be a better man to deserve Hugh’s love. He was truly a fascinating hero that I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know. I loved this story and I hated for it to come to an end. I’m going to miss reading more about this amazingly quirky but very loving family that has somehow wormed their way into my heart.
Relentless Love could be read as a stand-alone book, but PLEASE do yourself a favor and read the first book, Relentless Passion first. You’ll fall in love with this family and Mr. Llewellyn’s amazing storytelling skills will make you very glad that you did.

Too bad Hugh is already lip-to-lip with someone else.
