This is the third book in a series based on a unique BDSM club known as Noble House. It’s unique in it combines virtual reality and physical reality. In other words, you can play from anywhere in the virtual reality. This brings an interesting group of characters together; kinky and nerdy. Both are sexy in their own way. However, this is not just a straight forward romance. There are secrets to be discovered, some of which could be deadly. Enver is a recovering addict but isn’t sure he can resist the temptation, this time. (And, no it isn’t drugs.) Marcus has an attraction that he isn’t sure will ever leave the virtual realm. While this is the third book in this series, it definitely stands alone though the characters from the previous books do make appearances in this book. This is a m/m and a BDSM so don’t be shocked when you read this. I will say that Noble House is becoming on of my favorite BDSM clubs and I truly hope to see more books based in this unique club. This book will tug at your heart and have you falling in love.
Marcus knows he has technology that is groundbreaking which is why he as at a tech show. He doesn’t expect the airline to lose most of his display and luggage. So, with what he has, he does his best and part of his best was giving Enver his card. Enver is part owner in a BDSM club that has an impressive virtual reality segment. Marcus’s tech is just what the computer geeks are looking for and they quickly write Marcus a contract. Enver knows the tech is what the club needs but he’s surprised that Marcus might be what he needs too. But, Enver knows better than to reach out to Marcus. He’s not going to fall down that hole again.
The virtual world has always been a safe, comfortable place for tech consultant Marcus Holly. He favors working behind the scenes, joining the ranks of Noble House as the kinky club expands to offer a fully immersive VR experience. Then he meets the club’s resident Dom, Enver Furst, and all his carefully contained desires spin out of control.
Bondage-happy Enver relies too heavily on tactile stimulation to buy into Marcus’s VR playground. But when Marcus needs a skilled test subject to beta with, he only has eyes for Enver. The results are immediate and addictive: Enver’s never experienced anything this raw and powerful. He’s just unsure if it’s the tech he can’t resist—or the man.
Comfort zone deliciously shattered, Marcus’s sessions with Enver soon transcend even their wildest fantasies. But someone from Marcus’s past is watching, and his dangerous obsession will force Marcus and Enver to either fight for the reality they’ve created together…or see it shattered beyond recognition.
