My Ruthless Prince

Inferno Club

My Ruthless Prince is the latest installment of the Inferno Club novels. In order to truly understand the background of this book and the characters I believe it's important to read the earlier novels. There is some background in this book, but having read the earlier books, I believe it made the story much richer. That said, Gaelen Foley has once again delivered a mesmerizing tale of betrayal and romantic suspense in historical circumstances. The battle between good and evil is outlined between the major characters and many of the secondary characters leaving the reader on tenterhooks as to whether the hero can be saved or not.

The romance between Drake and Emily is top notch and when times seem dark between the character his honorability toward Emily serves as a guiding light to the future. The characters are well defined and very likeable. Even when Drake seems to be at his most ruthless, the reader can't help but can't like him. Fans of the series will enjoy this latest installment in the Inferno Club. Emily is a wonderful heroine, definitely not the usual fare and she shines throughout this book.
