Dirk's Love

Roxie's Protectors

Dirk has been diligently working on his website for helping werewolves find their mates in the hopes of ending his almost 1000 years of bachelorhood. Imagine his surprise when the woman he hired via the Internet to assist him turns out to be his mate? As per his kind, his brain has trouble functioning as he tries to follow Roxie’s rules before mating, but will Roxie’s best intentions actually hurry along the process of him breaking the rules?

Ryann can’t believe how hot her boss is when she first meets him. When he embraces her son she’s half in love with him, as her ex can’t even manage to interact with his own offspring. When their first meeting goes well she’s hopeful for the second, but gets what she’s always wanted and never known it. A man who will put her and her son first. Forever.

The last of the Protectors falls and while it wasn’t as noisy as the previous ones, I liked this one more. The only detraction was how obnoxious Roxie was. Really? Someone needs to teach the woman some manners. While Dirk broke the rules, who can blame him? I loved the interaction with Ryann’s son and how quickly Tyler accepted who Dirk really was. A feel good read.

Book Blurb for Dirk's Love

Dirk has worked tirelessly to create an online dating service to help male werewolves find their mortal mates. Having hired a mortal female to assist him, when he meets her face-to-face for the very first time, Dirk is smitten with her beauty and finds himself breathless as he realizes the very thing he’s spent a lifetime looking for—his mate—is finally within his reach. Her proximity alone sets his mating urge off in an instant.

Ryann, completely absorbed with raising her precious son for the last two years, has been without a man in her life for far too long. But when she sees Dirk in person for the very first time and he reawakens the sexual cravings of her neglected body, Ryann hungers not only for his touch but also yearns for the day her new boss will think of her as more than just his employee. She doesn’t have long to wait because it turns out Dirk has been searching for her his whole life.
